Return and Exchange Policy
GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN:
At Care Freak, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that lead to the desire for a return. However, please be informed that we have a strict no-return policy. At Care Freak, we have 24 hours exchange policy, it gives you an option to exchange items purchased from carefreak.com if in case you have received the wrong item or the product gets damaged in transit.
GUIDELINES FOR A VALID EXCHANGE:
- All product tags intact and in their original packaging.
- Product must be unused.
- An uninterrupted unboxing video should be shared with us with the delivery slip in focus.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.
Sale of clearance sale items as defined are final and will not be returned or exchanged.
TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT TO CARE FREAK, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
- Exchange is done only if wrong products or damaged product is received.
